About Us

Our Mission

To work in partnership with organizations to address real world issues and create innovative and sustainable change

Change Weavers Consulting (CWC) has been working with organizations to create greater change and impact since 2015. Sometimes, change must occur internally before working on the complex issues that organizations are working on in the real world. Sometimes, organizations need help to focus on the key areas they can best make an impact on externally. We understand that this can all be complex and we work in partnership with you to facilitate the needed focus.

CWC understands that there are many threads to bring together for change to occur. There are multiple stakeholders, multiple strategies, and multiple contexts. CWC helps facilitate the weaving of these threads together.

We bring combined experience with evaluation, social sciences research, program planning and implementation, strategic planning and organizational development, advanced meeting facilitation and collective impact expertise to help meet your needs.

We have worked with a variety of organizations and population groups at local, provincial, national and international levels.

CWC is a partner with Sopact Impact Cloud Platform which helps organizations to pull together multi-site, multi-sector, qualitative and quantitative data into usable real-time reports.

We have several key associates working with Change Weavers Consulting and they are brought into the various projects related to the skills needed for the project.
